I offer trauma-informed, client-centered (you are in control) therapy guided by compassion and rooted in safety. I employ a diverse use of techniques and interventions tailored to your preferences, needs, and goals. Available only to clients who reside in the state(s) I am licensed.
Life Coaching
$100 - $1000
Available to anyone seeking to heal, grow, or improve their lives on any level and in every way! I offer coaching packages or individual sessions based on your needs and preferences. This is a great option if you want to “test the healing waters” or focus on a specific area of your life.
Consultation
$100 - 300
A great choice if you want to see if we are a good fit or have a single session to ask questions, gain insight, and get clarity. I also offer consultation packages for professionals, leaders, and helpers in the mental health field.
